Grounds passes were mailed out on October 14 to the nearly 8,500 Catholics from throughout New York State who registered.
If those who think they have registered have not yet received their passes:
They should check their email, including spam folders, for emails from [email protected]. (Sometimes the problem is that registrants when they signed up mistyped their email addresses; some of these addresses could be fixed by organizers who noticed something obvious off (gmaik.com, aok.com, etc.), but other times there was no obvious error. Volunteers on the organizing committee similarly did their best to try to contact people by other means, but were not always successful.)
Some people who received individual passes didn't distinguish between the graphic at the top of the email (of a Mock clergy pass) and the link in the body of the email to download one's pass. Please find the link, which says, "To download your pass, click here," click it, download it, print it and bring it with you.
If you are coming as a member of a parish, university, or family group, your passes would have been sent to the one indicated as your group leader. Please get your pass from that person.
If nothing else works, come without a pass and approach those at the check in table. We have the names of everyone who registered by October 14 and can verify whether someone was on the list or not, and can give you a pass in person as a courtesy.
